Abstract:
An automatic compensation apparatus of a pump front cavity, used for improving closed impeller backflow; the automatic compensation apparatus is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the front cavity of a pump body (1), extending from the inner wall surface of the front cavity of the pump body (1) to the front cover panel of the impeller, preventing fluid from the outlet of the impeller from flowing to the front cavity of the pump body (1); the automatic compensation apparatus comprises partition panels (4, 5, 6) and a compensation feedback apparatus; one end of the partition panels extends into the front cavity of the pump body (1), and the other end is connected to an automatic compensation assembly (27), automatically compensating for the extended length of the partition panels (4, 5, 6) by means of the automatic compensation assembly (27); the compensation feedback apparatus controls the automatic compensation assembly. The automatic compensation apparatus for the pump front cavity designed in the present invention prevents the fluid flowing out of the impeller outlet from entering the front cavity of a centrifugal pump, thereby preventing the occurrence of backflow, reducing the energy loss in the front cavity of the centrifugal pump, improving the operating efficiency and stability of the centrifugal pump.
