Abstract:
Provided are an automatic configuration method and device for a storage array, and a storage system, which relate to the field of data storage. The method comprises: receiving configuration information, the configuration information comprising a management IP, a service IP and a configuration capacity; sending a first configuration message containing the management IP to a storage array; sending a second configuration message containing the service IP to the storage array; establishing an ISCSI connection with the storage array using the service IP; and sending a configuration capacity to the storage array, wherein the configuration capacity is used for instructing the storage array to provide a storage space having the configuration capacity for a host. By means of the present invention, the configuration of a storage array is automatically completed according to received configuration information; and the problem in the related art that the configuration flow is complicated is solved, thereby achieving the effects of greatly simplifying the configuration flow of the storage array and increasing the production efficiency.
