Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic constant-temperature dehumidification device, comprising at least two dehumidification heat pump assemblies. The dehumidification heat pump assembly comprises two refrigerant modules and an air module. The refrigerant module comprises a primary refrigerating module and a secondary refrigerating module, the primary refrigerating module and the secondary refrigerating module each comprising a condenser (1, 12), an evaporator (5, 4) and a compressor (14. An air inlet pipe of the air module is connected to a hot side of a heat regenerator (3), the hot side of the heat regenerator (3) is connected to the evaporators (5, 4) through ventilation pipes, the evaporators (5, 4) are connected to a cold side of the heat regenerator (3) through ventilation pipes, and the cold side of the heat regenerator (3) is connected to one of the condensers (1, 12) through a ventilation pipe. By using self-balanced temperature control, cooling can be performed without needing external air or other cooling sources. A closed drying process can be realized, and no peculiar smell is discharged during a sludge drying process. The circulation air amount and the dehumidification air amount are designed separately, and a non-dehumidification design is used for the circulation air amount, so as to fulfil the requirement for the large air amount during an early stage of wet sludge drying.
