Provided are an automatic control method based on human body sensing, and a first electronic device and a system, which relate to the field of automatic control. The system comprises a central device (200), a first electronic device (100) and a second electronic device (300), wherein the first electronic device (100) comprises a first ultra-wideband module and a millimeter-wave radar module. The method comprises: on the basis of the location measurement of a second electronic device (300) by a first electronic device (100), and the measurement and conversion of a human body location, acquiring location information of the second electronic device (300) and location information a user; and according to the location information of the user and the location information of the second electronic device (300), at least one second electronic device (300) automatically executing a preset operation. Therefore, the automatic control over an IoT device is realized without the need for a user to carry a device, and the method thus has the characteristics of convenience and fastness.
