Abstract:
The present application discloses an automatic control method and system for a powder feeding system. The method comprises: performing automatic adjustment of fluidization of a powder bin, involving: according to an acquired wall pressure of the powder bin, controlling the operation of a fluidization apparatus arranged on the powder bin; and/or performing automatic adjustment of pressure in a mixer, involving: according to an average value y of the pressure in a mixing chamber of the mixer, and a set outlet pressure range [a, b] of a quantitative delivery device, adjusting an air flow that enters the mixing chamber from a communication position of an air-phase pipeline and the mixing chamber; and/or performing automatic adjustment of a delivery amount of the quantitative delivery device, involving: determining an optimal powder flow monitoring system on the mixer according to a working frequency of the quantitative delivery device, and adjusting the working frequency of the quantitative delivery device according to a powder flow Q obtained by means of monitoring by the optimal powder flow monitoring system and a preset powder flow Qset.
