Abstract:
An automatic controller for a motor of an impeller head in a shot blasting machine comprises a 555 time-base circuit (IC1), a CD4017 type pulse distributor (IC2), a first resistor (R1) to an eleventh resistor (R11), a first capacitor (C1) to a fifth capacitor (C5), a first diode (D1) to a seventh diode (D7), a first relay (K1), a normally open contact switch (K1-1) of the first relay, a second relay (K2), a normally open contact switch (K2-1) of the second relay, a third relay (K3), a normally open contact switch (K3-1) of the third relay, a first light emitting diode (LED1), a second light emitting diode (LED2), a first triode (VT1), a second triode (VT2), a third triode (VT3), a bridge type rectifying circuit (BR), a transformer (T), a switch (S), and a potentiometer (RP). In the automatic controller for a motor of an impeller head in a shot blasting machine, by means of circuit combination among the CD4017 type pulse distributor, the 555 time-base circuit and multiple relays, power is automatically cut off when the impeller head is idle, thereby greatly reducing production costs.
