Abstract:
An automatic cooking system includes an automatic cooking machine, a digital batching tray (37) and a menu development system for the digital batching tray. The automatic cooking machine comprises a housing (3), a cooking vessel (7), a heating component (4), a cooking vessel in place sensor (5), a cooking vessel temperature sensor (6), a host control circuit board (30), a stirrer (11), a stirrer servo motor (15), a water stream switching component (22) and a water flux measuring component (21), air exhaust and intake components (10), a digital batching tray holder (20) and control components, digital batching tray charging components (26, 27), a cooking vessel feed inlet (25), air exhaust/intake inlet and outlet cover control components, a data communication component (31) for a digital batching tray memory, a liquid crystal display and button circuit component (19), and an audio speaker component (13). The digital batching tray (37) comprises a plurality of batching containers. Location holes (42) are provided at the side edge of the batching tray (37). The batching tray (37) also comprises a menu information and cooking process data memory (43) which could use bar codes, magnetic stripes, memory chips, RFID chips or CPU. The menu development system for the digital batching tray comprises menu development software and a digital batching tray data writing device.
