Abstract:
A method for preparing automatic defogging glass and automatic defogging glass having a temperature control system. The method for preparing automatic defogging glass comprises the following steps: preparing a glass substrate, cutting and cleaning the glass substrate; and coating a conductive film on the surface of the glass substrate by magnetron sputtering coating. The automatic defogging glass having a temperature control system comprises a temperature control panel (2) having two temperature probes (3) mounted on the glass, and further comprises a power supply board (4) respectively electrically connected to the temperature control panel and the conductive film arranged on the glass. The automatic defogging glass can automatically sense the temperature difference between the front side and the back side of the glass, and always keep the temperature of the front side and the back side of the glass in a range that prevents fog formation, thereby solving the problem of fog formation on the glass.
