Abstract:
An automatic device for plating inside the hollow work-pieces is disclosed. The
device includes one or more jig-units, it is characterized in that: each jig-unit includes
a carrying pulley that can move along the fixed direction; a vibration frame pivotally
linked to the pulley and vibrating relative to the pulley; many jigs which are
mounted on the vibration frame, each jig can rotate around its central axis and
the periphery of it is a gear, all the gears are toothed with each other, and they
are driven to rotate by a transmission mechanism; a guide-slot plate which is
arranged with many segment of guide-slot; and the sliding movements of the leading-blocks
on the guide-slot is changed to the vibration movement of the vibration frame
by the second transmission mechanism. Many work-pieces treated in the present
automatic device move with jigs simultaneously, so the work-pieces to be plated
can synchronously perform all the actions including self-rotation and vibration.
Moreover, many jigs for clamping work-pieces move along a fixed direction, thus
can realize the automatic producing mode.
