The present invention relates to an automatic discharge device for a vacuum toilet system, and more specifically, to an automatic discharge device for a vacuum toilet system which forcibly sucks and collects wastewater (excrement and foreign substances) of a toilet through the vacuum container of the vacuum state and automatically discharges the predetermined amount of collected wastewater to a septic tank, comprising: a vacuum pump for maintaining negative (-) pressure within the vacuum container; a water level detection sensor for detecting wastewater; and a controller for controlling overall operations of the device. The automatic discharge device for a vacuum toilet system is characterized in that an inlet connected to a wastewater pipe is provided in the upper part of the vacuum container, a first valve provided in the inlet is opened by the negative (-) pressure acting within the vacuum container, thereby sucking the wastewater generated from the toilet, a second valve provided in an outlet in the bottom part of the vacuum container is blocked by the negative (-) pressure within the vacuum container, and the internal pressure of the vacuum container is increased and the second valve is opened by the weight of the wastewater when the water level detection sensor detects the wastewater and an electronic valve is opened toward one side.
