Abstract:
An automatic discharging equipment for cabin of bulk cargo ship, comprises paratactic cabins disposed in a hull of the ship, a cone-shaped portion located at the bottom of each cabin, some upend V-shape baffle set the proper space in the cone-shaped portion, some hatches forming between the upend V-shape baffle, some closing blocks using for controlling the hatches opened or closed, some conveyer belts installed in proper space beneath the closing blocks for conveying the bulk cargo in the cabins, a vibrator set in each cabins. The cargoes pass every hatches and fall on the conveyer belts under a high frequency vibration produced by the vibrator, then the conveyer belts automatically take out the bulk cargo from the cabins. In this way, the purpose of automatism discharging is completed, simultaneity the purpose of fast transportation, convenient discharging, timesaving, laborsaving and cost saving is completed.
