Disclosed in the present invention are a driving device for an automatic dispensing device of a washing apparatus, and a washing apparatus. The driving device comprises: a casing and a liquid suction chamber. A mobile mover and a driving device unit for driving the mover to move are provided in the casing; the casing is provided with an opening facing the liquid suction chamber, a first end part of the mover being at least arranged at the opening of the casing, and the first end part of the mover being correspondingly provided with a diaphragm; an elastic element is provided at a second end part of the mover extending in the axial direction, or is provided on the side wall of the liquid suction chamber corresponding to the opening of the casing; the mover moves towards the liquid suction chamber, the first end part of the mover locally acting on the diaphragm and extending out of the opening, so that the diaphragm at least deforms towards the liquid suction chamber. In the present invention, an additive is dispensed more efficiently and accurately, solving the problem of insufficient dispensing or excessive dispensing of the additive and improving user experience.
