Disclosed are an automatic dispensing system and an automatic dispensing method. The dispensing system comprises a table frame (10) provided with the devices of: a medicine introducing and shaking device (2) for locating medicine bottle and shaking up the liquid medicine, a mother liquid bottle clamping device (5) for locating mother liquid, a loading and moving soft tube and liquid medicine dispensing device (3) for clamping, moving and loading the soft tube and pumping the liquid medicine, a multi-axis robot (1) for clamping and moving the pinhead of the infusion soft tube and the liquid medicine bottle, and a bottle breaking device (4) for breaking the liquid medicine bottle. The system is used in the method. When using the automatic dispensing system and the automatic dispensing method for dispensing medicine, the preparation of multi-group liquid medicine can be achieved quickly, the dispensing liquid medicine efficiency is improved and the health of the medical staffs can be protected advantageously.
