Disclosed are an automatic docking and charging device, a charging assembly and a battery swapping station. The automatic docking and charging device comprises: a follow-up mechanism, for coming into contact with a battery pack and making a first displacement movement in a first direction along with the battery pack; an electric connector, for docking with the battery pack such that the battery pack can be charged and discharged; and a folding mechanism, which is respectively connected to both the follow-up mechanism and the electric connector. The follow-up mechanism drives the folding mechanism to be folded so as to drive the electric connector to make a second displacement movement in a second direction. The movable electric connector in the present invention does not need to move in the same direction as the conveying direction of the battery pack, and the orientation of the electric connector may be any orientation; and the folding mechanism is linked by means of a change in load of the follow-up mechanism, such that the electric connector can respond in a timely manner and docks with the battery pack. Power for movement of the electric connector comes from the gravity of the battery pack, and same does not require external driving, and as such the internal structure of the charging device can be simplified.
