An automatic door opening and closing device (100) and a refrigerator. The automatic door opening and closing device is used for automatically opening a drawer door body of the refrigerator, and comprises: a driving assembly (3); a clutch device (4) comprising a shift lever (43) and a sub-gear (42); a first gear set (7); a second gear set (8); and a rack push rod (101); wherein when the clutch device (4) is in an initial state, the sub-gear (42) does not mesh with the first gear set (7) and the second gear set (8), the drawer door body is manually pushed so that the rack push rod (101) is reset, and the drawer door body is closed; when the clutch device (4) is in a first working state, the shift lever (43) rotates, the sub-gear (42) meshes with the first gear set (7), the first gear set (7) pushes the rack push rod (101) to protrude, and the drawer door body is opened; and when the clutch device (4) is in a second working state, the shift lever (43) rotates, the sub-gear (42) meshes with the second gear set (8), the second gear set (8) pushes the rack push rod (101) to reset, and the drawer door body is closed.
