Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic dyeing system capable of speedily and efficiently performing various types of dyeing.
The automatic dyeing system comprises: containers (P) for dyeing; a conveyance means (T) capable of conveying the containers (P) along a conveyance path; and a plurality of treatment stations (A to E) provided in the middle of the conveyance path. The treatment stations include: an object-to-be-dyed input station (A) for picking up objects to be dyed (M) and inputting the objects to be dyed (M) into the containers (P); a dyeing liquid blending station (B) for supplying blended dyeing liquids to the containers (P) containing the objects to be dyed (M); a dyeing station (C) for dyeing the objects being dyed (M) by rotating the containers (P) containing the objects being dyed (M) and the dyeing liquids; aftertreatment stations (D) for applying aftertreatment to the dyed objects (M); and a collecting and washing station (E) for collecting the dyed objects (M) contained in the containers (P) and thereafter washing the containers (P). The objects are dyed by automatically moving the respective containers between the respective treatment stations by the conveyance means (T).
