Abstract:
An automatic edge paint machine and a material taking and drying mechanism thereof. The material taking and drying mechanism comprises a drying rack (1) and a material taking mechanism (2) provided at the front end of the drying rack (1); a driving device (21) is mounted on the material taking mechanism (2), and the material taking mechanism (2) is driven by the driving device (21) to rotate and move to complete material taking; the drying rack (1) is further provided with a conveying mechanism (3), several cross rods (4) are placed on the conveying mechanism (3), the cross rods (4) move on the drying rack (1) along with the conveying mechanism, several clips (5) are arranged on each cross rod (4), and several clip opening devices (22) are mounted on the material taking mechanism (2); and a switching mechanism (6) is further provided at the rear end of the drying rack (1). According to the mechanism, various edge paint materials different in shape and size are subjected to material taking and drying, no boundedness exists, and the application range is wide.
