Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic edge spraying device for placemats, belonging to the technical field of processing placemats. The device comprises paint spraying valves (41), a telescopic hose (21), a lifting plate (8), a screw (25) and a vacuum suction nozzle (34), wherein two paint spraying valves are provided and are symmetrically distributed on upper and lower sides of a placemat; the paint spraying valves are connected to a paint box (2) above the lifting plate (8) by means of a paint spraying pump (27); two sides of the lifting plate are meshed with a rack gear (4) fixedly connected to an inner wall of a housing of a machine table by means of a driving gear (5); a sliding table (26) is slidably connected to a surface of the screw (25); the screw is fixedly connected to two sides of a support (24) embedded below the lifting plate; an end part of the screw is connected to a second servo motor (9) through an electric motor shaft; the placemat is suctioned on a surface of the vacuum suction nozzle (34) embedded above a suction-nozzle fixing plate (35); the vacuum suction nozzle is connected to a vacuum pump (37) through a gas suction pipe (36); a gas release valve (38) is fixedly connected to a side wall of the vacuum pump; and a base (39) embedded in the bottom of the vacuum pump is connected to a third servo motor (12) through a driving shaft. The device solves the problem of the low working efficiency of an existing automatic edge spraying device for placemats, and has the advantage of a high working efficiency.
