Abstract:
The present invention provides, at low cost and in a short time, an automatic faucet device that corresponds to the specifications required by customers. Any one among a first detecting unit 38A, a second detecting unit 38B, or a third detecting unit 38C can be selected as a detecting unit 38 and attached to a detecting unit attachment part 36. If the first detecting unit 38A is selected, an automatic faucet device 32A that uses a contactless sensor 58 is obtained. If the second detecting unit 38B is selected, an automatic faucet device 32A that uses a contact-type sensor 60 is obtained. If the third detecting unit 38C is selected, an automatic faucet device 32A that uses both the contactless sensor 58 and the contact-type sensor 60 is obtained.
