An automatic feeder for lithographic printing plates, comprising a storage shelf, a separating component, and a carrying-out roller. The storage shelf is so placed that the bundle of the lithographic printing plates formed by stacking the plurality of lithographic printing plates on each other with their one front surfaces brought into direct contact with their rear surfaces is diagonally hanged on a support table placed diagonally. The separating component performs such a separating operation that the lithographic printing plate positioned on the uppermost side in the bundle of the lithographic printing plates placed on the storage shelf is raised to separate from the storage shelf. The carrying-out roller carries out the lithographic printing plate positioned on the uppermost side in the bundle of the lithographic printing plates placed on the storage shelf and separated by the separating component by coming into rolling contact with the surface thereof.
