Abstract:
An automatic feeding amount adjusting device based on Internet of things, consisting of a conveying assembly (1), a feeding assembly (5), and a control assembly (6). A first power module in the conveying assembly drives storage boxes (2) on a conveying mechanism to move to the feeding assembly; the feeding assembly is driven by a second power module to fix the positions of the storage boxes; an adjusting assembly (5c) adjusts the angle of a material container (5b) so that the material container (5b) can conveniently feed the storage boxes. A weighing mechanism in the control assembly senses the weight of materials in the storage boxes, an overlapping state of a sensing mechanism is controlled, and then the feeding assembly is controlled to be automatically opened or closed, thereby realizing self-adaptive control and adjustment of the feeding amount. The device can improve working efficiency and avoid human interference to a greater extent.
