Abstract:
An automatic feeding and cutting apparatus for metal plate, comprising a positioning apparatus and a power trailer, the positioning apparatus comprising a set of bed body support rods, a longitudinal positioning clamping frame, and a clamping cylinder, a positioning bed body support frame being arranged below the bed body support rods, a bed body formed of the set of bed body support rods being provided with a lateral positioning stop pin on one side in the direction of width and a lateral positioning clamping cylinder on the other side, the longitudinal positioning clamping frame being arranged above the bed body, a top plate of the lateral positioning clamping cylinder fitting to the lateral positioning stop pin to implement lateral positioning of a plate material, and the clamping cylinder being positioned on top of the longitudinal positioning clamping frame; the power trailer is positioned on a pair of guide rails, a guide rod being arranged above same, one end of the guide rod being connected to one side of the longitudinal positioning clamping frame, and the other end being arranged on a guide rod base, a longitudinal positioning clamping cylinder and a pushing plate also being arranged above the power trailer, and the pushing plate fitting to the clamping cylinder to implement longitudinal positioning of a plate material. The present invention ensures the shape and size of a plate material is accurate when cutting, and has a simple structure, safe use, convenient operation, and high efficiency.
