Abstract:

Provided are a automatic film winding device that achieves enhanced winding quality, is reduced in size, and enables winding mechanisms to be arranged in multiple stages, a slitting and winding system, and a method of producing a rolled film. The automatic film winding device has winding shafts (21, 22) for winding a film by a winding core (12), a turret (20) for rotatably supporting the winding shafts (21, 22), a touch roller (23) for pressing the film to the winding shaft (22) when the film is wound by a predetermined amount by the winding roller (21) and the turret is rotated by a predetermined angle to cause the film to be passed over the winding shaft (22), a cutter (24) for cutting the film between the winding shafts (21, 22), and a film affixing roller (25) for pressing the cut film to the winding roller (22) at a position on the downstream side of the touch roller (23) and moving up to the leading end of the film while winding the film around a core (12) with the cut film pressed to the winding shaft (22).
