Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic fruit peeling device for peeling various kinds of fruit, including persimmons. A fruit to be peeled needs only to be introduced into a seating portion, and removal of parts of the fruit near the stalk and peeling of the outer skin are then automatically performed. Accordingly, no skilled worker is necessary, the rate of the peeling operation can be improved, and efficient peeling is possible without any safety-related concern. The automatic fruit peeling device comprises: a seating portion (100) installed on one side of a frame (1) such that a fruit to be peeled is seated thereon; a stalk cutting portion (200) installed beneath the seating portion (100) so as to make upward/downward movements; a peeling portion (300) for removing the skin from the fruit, the stalk of which has been cut; a transfer portion (400) installed above the seating portion (100) such that, while same picks up and holds the fruit seated on the seating portion (100), the stalk is cut by the stalk cutting portion (200), and the fruit is transferred to the peeling portion (300) after stalk cutting; and a recovery portion (500) for recovering the fully-peeled fruit.
