Abstract:
A miniaturized automatic fryer capable of automatically frying materials (for example, chicken) to be fried in a sealed manner is disclosed. The disclosed automatic fryer comprises: an input unit for receiving frying conditions; a lifting part provided inside a case so as to be separated from a frying space in the case , and lifting or lowering a frying basket holder arranged in the frying space; a heater for heating the oil in an oil vessel in the frying space; a temperature sensing unit for sensing the oil temperature in the oil vessel; an exhaust means including a body having an air inlet facing the oil vessel , and a plurality of filters and a plurality of exhaust fans, which are alternately arranged in a row in the body; and a control unit for controlling the operations of the lifting part, the heater and the exhaust means on the basis of the frying conditions obtained from the input unit and the temperature obtained from the temperature sensing unit.
