Abstract:
An automatic gelatin releasing device for an empty capsule production line, relating to the technical field of empty capsule production. The automatic gelatin releasing device comprises an operating table (1); a female mold table (2) is mounted on the operating table (1); a gelatin supplying box (3) is provided above the female mold table (2) in a sliding fit mode; a plurality of female mold grooves (4) are formed in the female mold table (2); a plurality of male molds (5) which are in sliding fit in the female mold grooves (4) are communicated with the bottom surface of the gelatin supplying box (3); gelatin discharging holes (6) communicated with the gelatin supplying box (3) are formed in the side portions of the male molds (5); and a material control assembly is provided in the gelatin supplying box (3) in a sliding fit mode. The plurality of male molds (5) which are in sliding fit in the female mold grooves (4) are communicated with the bottom surface of the gelatin supplying box (3), thereby facilitating simultaneous batch production, and then improving production efficiency; backflow grooves (8) communicated with the female mold grooves (4) are formed in the bottom surface of a backflow plate (7), and a communicating groove (9) is connected among the plurality of backflow grooves (8), facilitating suction of overflowed gelatin back into the gelatin supplying box (3) by means of a backflow pump (10), and then reducing the gelatin overflowing from the female mold grooves (4) and the gelatin in the female mold grooves (4) from being mixed together, so as not to affect the quality of capsules.
