Abstract:
The present invention provides an automatic glasses design system and method based on 3D head data. The design system comprises: an image acquisition module used for acquiring multiple head images; a 3D model generation module used for extracting characteristic points from the plurality of head images; a frame design module used for extracting frame design parameters according to 3D head data so as to form a frame model; a lens design module used for determining lens parameters according to the sight situations of both eyes and the frame design parameters so as to obtain a lens model; a synthesis design module used for synthesizing a glasses 3D model according to the frame model and the lens model; and a display and adjusting module used for displaying the wearing effect of the glasses 3D model, and adjusting the frame model and/or the lens model according to the wearing effect so as to complete the design of glasses. The present invention implements personalized, customized and automatic design and manufacturing of glasses; multi-camera control technology is used for head characteristic information acquisition, and thus the acquisition efficiency and design accuracy can be obviously increased.
