Abstract:
An automatic goods payment method and apparatus, and a self-service checkout counter. The method comprises: obtaining images of goods, wherein the goods are encoded with an anti-theft code; inputting images of the goods into a neural network-based recognition system and outputting goods information based on the neural network-based recognition system; generating payment information from the outputted goods information; and cancelling the anti-theft encoding of the goods after payment is completed. Goods are identified by making full use of neural networks, and determination of the acquired multiple images and the acquired goods information is executed, so as to avoid the over-reliance on image recognition of conventional image recognition systems which results in a high error rate, thus improving recognition accuracy. In addition, the overall payment process can be completed without cashier services, reducing operating costs.
