Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic guiding apparatus for a glass fiber strip. The middle portion of a winding disc of a glass fiber winding machine is a through channel that is penetrated through in the front-back direction for a plasstic pipe to pass through; at least one set of glass fiber discs are obliquely provided on the mounting rack of the winding disc; the glass fiber discs are circumferentially distributed about the through channel; each set of glass fiber discs are driven by a winding driving device to rotate about the axis of the glass fiber discs; an automatic guiding apparatus is provided on the mounting rack between each set of glass fiber discs and the through channel; the mounting rack at the position of each automatic guiding apparatus is separately provided with a double-air-outlet hot air gun that simultaneously performs heating and melting on a portion to be wound of the glass fiber strip and the surface to be wound of the plastic pipe. The automatic guiding apparatus for the glass fiber strip can automatically guide the head portion of the glass fiber strip onto the plastic pipe, and the traction portion of the head portion of the glass fiber strip basically is not wasted.
