Description:
AUTOMATIC HIGH-SPEED PRESS FOR PRESSING SPANGLE

Technical Field The present invention relates to an automatic high-speed press for automatically pressing spangles which are attached to stage costume at high speed, and more particularly to, an automatic high-speed press of which the structure is simple so as to be more economic and easily repaired or replaced in trouble.

Background Art In general, a press is used in order to manufacture spangles in which a metallic mould is installed in a general press to thereby perform a molding press. This kind of press is very slow in its speed to thereby cause a productivity to be lowered, and a mechanical installation area to be large. Also, a bushing in a crank shaft is worn due to heat during use, to thereby cause precision to be greatly lowered and to thus frequently produce inferior goods . Also, a metallic mould is installed in the middle of a moving body, to thereby cause replacement of the metallic mould to be inconvenient and to thus cause a working efficiency to be lowered and a safety accident to take place due to carelessness during use. In order to solve the above-described problems, the applicant proposed an automatic high-speed press disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 342677. Here, a working speed is very fast and safe during manufacturing spangles, and working processes of installing a metallic mould and fitting raw materials into the metallic mould are very convenient, to thereby save manpower when spangles are manufactured at high speed and to thus lower production cost for spangles greatly. The above-described automatic high-speed press disclosed in the Korean Utility Model Registration No. 342677 to the same applicant as this invention solved the conventional problems, to thereby manufacture spangles conveniently and mass-produce them at low cost. However, as shown in FIG. 4, an upper die set 24 and a lower die set 24a are connected with each other and an escalation unit 23 is formed of a plate-shaped flat plate. Also, an escalation plate member 21 includes an elongate hole through which a crank shaft 19 penetrates at its central portion. Accordingly, the automatic high-speed press is complicated in its structure and has the difficulty in the assembling and disassembling work. As a result, it is not easy to repair the automatic high-speed press in trouble. Here, a reference numeral 1 denotes a press body, and reference numerals 2 and 3 denote a flip portion and a winding portion, respectively. Disclosure of the Invention To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic high-speed press of manufacturing spangles of which the structure is improved to be simple so as to be easily assembled and disassembled and thus easily repaired and replaced in trouble, in which an upper die set and a lower die set are connected with each other and the structure of an escalation unit is improved in comparison with the structure of the automatic high-speed press disclosed in the Korean Utility Model Registration No. 342677 to the same applicant as this invention. To accomplish the above object of the present invention, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic high-speed press for manufacturing spangles at high speed characterized in that an upper die set and a lower die set are connected with each other and the structure of an escalation unit is formed of a bar-shaped escalation rod sp that edge portions of the upper die set and the lower die set are connected with each other.

Brief Description of the Drawings The above and other objects and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing the preferred embodiment thereof in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 is an exemplary perspective view showing an automatic high-speed press according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is an exemplary front cross-sectional view parcly showing the automatic high-speed press of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is an exemplary side cross-sectional view parrly showing the automatic high-speed press of FIG. 1; and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view partly showing a conventional automatic high-speed press.

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention Hereinbelow, an automatic high-speed press for manufacturing spangles at high speed according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGs. 1 through 3 show an automatic high-speed press for manufacturing spangles at high speed. In the automatic high-speed press for manufacturing spangles according to the present invention, a flip portion 2 and a winding portion 3 are installed in a press body 1. The flip portion 2 is fixedly connected with the press body 1 by means of a support member 4. The flip portion 2 includes a small-sized DC (direct current) motor 5 and a rotational support plate 6 having a raw material fi> ing axis 7, in which the small-sized DiJ motor 5 is operated by a limit switch 8. The winding portion 3 includes an operating member 14 fixed to a support plate 12. The operating member 14 includes a guide roller 13 and a pressing rod 16 which are axially installed on the support plate 12 having a positioning groove 11. A manual handle 20 and an eccentric cam 21 are axially installed on a rotational axis 19 in the press body 1, so that upper and lower die sets 24 and 24a are escalated by an escalation unit 23 by rotation of the eccentric cam 21. Upper and lower metallic moulds are installed between the upper portion 27 of the press body 1 and the upper die set 24 being an upper escalation plate. The escalation unit 23 is formed of a bar-shaped escalating rod 25, and is combined with edge portions of the upper and lower die sets 24 and 24a with bolts 26, so that the upper and lower die sets 24 and 24a can be connected with each other. The upper and lower die sets 24 and 24a connected with each other are guided by a spring-biased guide rod (not shown) . Accordingly, since the load gravitational force of the upper and lower die sets 24 and 24a is reduced by a spring-biased force, vibration does not occur even in the case of high-speed rotation. The automatic high-speed press for manufacturing spangles having above-described structure and function according to the present invention has d simple structure since the escalation unit connecting the upper and lower die sets is fixedly connected with each edge of the upper and lower die sets by means of a bar-shaped escalation rod, and is conveniently used since only escalation rod can be separated and repaired and replaced at the time of performing a trouble-shooting operation. As described above, the structure of the automatic high-speed press for manufacturing spangles according to the present invention is improved to be simple so as to be easily assembled and disassembled and thus easily repaired and replaced in trouble, since an upper die set and a lower die set are connected with each other and the structure of an escalation unit is improved.

Industrial Applicability As described above, the present invention can be applied to the automatic high-speed press for manufacturing spangles which are used for stage costume. As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to particularly preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention.
