Abstract:
Provided are an automatic hole blocking machine (100) and an automatic hole blocking device (400) applying the automatic hole blocking machine (100). The hole blocking machine (100) is used for blocking holes on a workpiece (200) by using a rubber plug (300). The rubber plug (300) is provided with a plug hole (301), and the workpiece (200) is provided with a plurality of convex portions (203) having holes (201). The automatic hole blocking machine (100) comprises a working table (10), a workpiece loading assembly (20) mounted on the working table (10), a rubber plug loading assembly (30), a workpiece pushing assembly (40) and a rubber plug pushing assembly (50). The workpiece loading assembly (20) is arranged opposite to the rubber plug loading assembly (30). Each convex portion (203) of the workpiece (200) located in the workpiece loading assembly (20) is opposite to the plug hole (301) of the rubber plug (300) in the rubber plug assembly (30). The workpiece pushing assembly (40) is arranged opposite to the rubber plug pushing assembly (50). The workpiece pushing assembly (40) is used to push the workpiece (200) provided by the workpiece loading assembly (20) to move toward the rubber plug pushing assembly (50). The rubber plug pushing assembly (50) is used to push the rubber plug (300) provided by the rubber plug loading assembly (30) toward the convex portion (203) of the workpiece (200) pushed by the workpiece pushing assembly (40).
