Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an automatic image annotation method and apparatus, a device, and a medium. The method comprises: acquiring a plurality of sample images to be annotated, extracting image features of network representation layers on the basis of a convolutional neural network (CNN) feature extraction model, and constructing first KNN relationship graphs; inputting the first KNN relationship graph of a sample image to be annotated having a node density lower than an empirical value into a pre-trained GCN-V node affinity prediction model, to predict affinities between nodes in the KNN relationship graph; cutting edges between the nodes according to the affinities, to enable nodes of a same cluster to belong to a same type of samples, and pruning to obtain a second KNN relationship graph of said sample image; inputting the second KNN relationship graph of said sample image into a pre-trained GCN-C edge connection strength prediction model, to predict edge connection strength between clusters; and extracting the clusters having the edge connection strength greater than a threshold to form a cluster of said sample image.
