Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic ink supply apparatus based on soft package ink, comprising: a box body (1), a drag chain channel (15), an ink supply nozzle (11), a guide rail platform (13), a rolling device (8) accommodated in the box body, a soft package ink bag (3), a heating plate (2), an ink pump (7), a bag mouth fixing device (6), a slide rail (14), an ink outlet pipe (5) and a pump motor (4). One end of the drag chain channel (15) is connected with the box body (1) in a sealed manner, and the other end thereof is connected with a shell of the ink supply nozzle (11). The ink supply nozzle (11) is provided on the guide rail platform (13), and the guide rail platform (13) is erected above an ink pond (20). The soft package ink bag (3) is hung and squeezed between two pressing rollers (81). The bag mouth fixing device (6) is provided on the slide rail (14) and is used to fasten a bag mouth (31) of the soft package ink bag (3) and an ink inlet connector (71), inserted in the bag mouth (31), of an ink pump. One end of the ink outlet pipe (5) is connected with an ink outlet of the ink pump (7), and the other end thereof is provided in the drag chain channel (15) in a penetrating manner and is connected with the ink supply nozzle (11). The pump motor (4) is connected with the ink pump (7) so as to drive the ink pump (7) to pump the ink out of the soft package ink bag (3), such that the ink passes through the ink outlet pipe (5) and reaches the ink supply nozzle (11) and is injected into the ink pond (20) via the ink supply nozzle (11). The ink supply device is capable of automatically feeding, has a good ink extrusion effect, and the ink is uniformly distributed in the ink ducts.
