Abstract:
An automatic inspection method applied to a triply-redundant overspeed protection device, relating to the field of rotating machinery protection. The automatic inspection method comprises a single-module automatic inspection method and a whole-device automatic inspection method. By means of the single-module automatic inspection method, a test activity in an overspeed protection module is realized; by means of the whole-device automatic inspection method, a startup condition, an execution order, result feedback and error processing of automatic inspection on three overspeed protection modules are strictly normalized; by means of the automatic inspection method, the triply-redundant overspeed protection device can perform periodic on-line self-diagnosis safely, orderly and reliably, with minimum interference to a system.
