Abstract:
An automatic integral loading and unloading transport vehicle and a method for loading and unloading cargo are provided in the present invention. The automatic integral loading and unloading transport vehicle is mainly composed of a hopper, a chassis and driving wheels. The front side and the rear side of the chassis are respectively connected with one hopper lifting mechanism. The hopper lifting mechanism comprises a telescopic groove, two telescopic racks arranged in the telescopic groove and a lifting oil cylinder connected with the lower portions of the telescopic racks. A hopper translating overturning oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the telescopic groove of the hopper lifting mechanism. An upright post is arranged at each of the four corners of the chassis respectively, and the bottom of the upright post is connected with a grooved wheel. A plurality of hopper moving grooved racks are arranged between the hopper and the chassis, a car-door telescopic oil cylinder is mounted in the middle of the rear portion of the chassis, and a vehicle body displacement oil cylinder is connected with the middle of the telescopic groove of the hopper lifting mechanism connected with the rear side of the chassis. By the automatic integral loading and unloading transport vehicle in the present invention, the automatic loading and unloading of cargo is realized, the labor intensity for loading and unloading profile cargo is greatly reduced, the loading and unloading efficiency of cargo is increased, and the automatic integral loading and unloading vehicle has the advantages of reasonable design, convenient usage and high automation.
