Abstract:
Provided is an automatic lock, comprising a lock housing (10) provided with a positioning lock hole (a), a drive controller mounted on the lock housing (10), a power output device controlled by the drive controller, a translation linkage locking plate (20) having an inner end connected to a power output end of the power output device, and an elastic linkage latch (30) connected to an outer end of the translation linkage locking plate (20), wherein the power output device drives the elastic linkage latch (30) to perform a translation motion in the lock housing (10) by the translation linkage locking plate (20), such that the end of the elastic linkage latch (30) extends into the positioning lock hole (a) or slides out from the positioning lock hole (a). Through structure cooperation between the power output device, the translation linkage locking plate (20) and the elastic linkage latch (30), the automatic locking or unlocking function of a lock is achieved, and the structure of the automatic lock is simplified. Further provided is an item of luggage using the automatic lock.
