Abstract:
An automatic lubricating apparatus for a transmission mechanism of a peripheral transmission thickener, comprising a truss (1) and a transmission mechanism body. The transmission mechanism body is mounted at the end of the truss distant from a concentration tank; the top of the truss is connected to a top plate (2) by means of a plurality of support rods, and a first lubricating box (4) and a second lubricating box (5) are respectively mounted at the top of the top plate; an automatic lubricating mechanism is provided on the outer wall of the side of the second lubricating box close to the transmission mechanism body, and comprises a push plate (27) and a flow guide channel (20); an oil discharge outlet (24) is formed in the bottom of the end of the flow guide channel distant from the second lubricating box; a track (6) is also provided at the end of the truss distant from the concentration tank; and the truss is provided with a cleaning mechanism close to the transmission mechanism body. By means of the automatic lubricating mechanism provided in the apparatus, a first driving gear can be automatically lubricated while rotating, such that the normal operation of the thickener is prevented from being affected by manually smearing lubricating oil.
