Abstract:
An automatic-lubricating ejector rod guiding device comprises a guiding structure (2), and an ejector rod (1) inserted therein; the contact surfaces of the guiding structure (2) and the ejector rod (1) are provided with automatic-lubricating layers (3); the automatic-lubricating layers (3) are made from a PEEK or PTFE material, and are embedded in the guiding structure (2), thereby guaranteeing an unchanged strength of the guiding structure, and resolving the problem of lubrication of ejector rod movement.
