Automatic Mail Sending Machine

DESCRIPTION
The present patent application is complementary to the International patent application submitted with "Automatic PO Box System" as the title.
One of the oldest postal services consists in sending a letter. This requires in addition to the letter itself, an envelope that needs to be addressed and a post stamp. The letter is disposed off in the letter box as a final act.
The "Automatic Mail Sending Machine" object of the present patent application (DRAWINGl) is very similar to the "Automatic PO Box" machine in that it provides part of the services the later does. This machine is intended to be located at places closer to the user to enable him to send surface mail, registered mail and courier service packages without having to go to the post office.
The machine is equipped with a touch monitor a keyboard, envelope and post stamp dispensers and printer. In addition the machine is equipped with segregated letter boxes for ordinary mail registered mail and courier service packages.
When a user wants to send an ordinary letter he selects ordinary mail on the touch monitor and the size of the envelope that suites his mail. He is then requested to enter, via the keyboard the addressee's information and optionally his. The machine then dispenses a preprinted and pre-stamped envelope based on the information entered by the user. The user will only have to slide his mail in the envelope and dispose of it in the proper letter box.
This same machine is able to process and register registered mail. Registered mail is treated in compliance with the procedure described in the
International patent application "Registered mail service for the automatic
PO Box system".
ATPOBOX 4 application "Registered mail service for the automatic PO Box system" (File reference ATPOBOX 3).
This same machine is able to process and register courier service packages. For courier service packages the user will first select the company he wants to use. Then he is requested to enter the addressee's info as well as his. The machine will then dispense a preprinted envelope. The user will insert his package in the envelope and dispose of it in the courier service packages box.
This machine groups and simplifies greatly operations that usually require much more activity from the user and concerned personnel alike.
