Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic marking apparatus capable of automatically making a mark for identifying the manufacturer on the chassis of a liquid crystal display module, wherein the automatic marking apparatus comprises: a chassis stacker (110) in which is housed a plurality of chassis (1) on which marking dots (M) are to be made; a first picker (120), installed at one side of the chassis stacker (110), for conveying the chassis (1) housed in the chassis stacker (110); a chassis conveyor (130), installed at one side of the first picker (120), for step-conveying the chassis (1) conveyed by the first picker (120); a second picker (140), installed at one side of the chassis conveyor (130), for changing the disposition of and conveying the chassis (1) on which the marking dot (M) is made and which is discharged from the chassis conveyor (130); a chassis discharger (150), installed at one side of the chassis conveyor (130), for discharging the chassis (1) on which the marking dot (M) is made and which is discharged from the chassis conveyor (130); and a marking head (160), installed at the upper side of the chassis conveyor (130), for making the marking dot (M) on the chassis (1) which is step-conveyed, and including a revolving mechanism (163) and an oil-based pen (164), wherein the oil-based pen (164) is connected to the revolving mechanism (163), and the oil-based pen (164) revolves by means of the revolving mechanism (163) about the central axis (N) of revolution of the oil-based pen (164) so as to make the marking dot (M).
