Abstract:
An automatic material loading mechanism of a pipe bender comprises an industrial personal computer (1) and a motor (2). One side of an outer surface of the industrial personal computer (1) is provided with a plastic connecting block (11). The connecting block (11) is embedded at one end of the industrial personal computer (1), and is tightly adhered to the industrial personal computer (1) with super glue. A connecting shaft (9) made from iron is disposed inside the connecting block (11). The connecting shaft (9) runs through the inside of the connecting block (11) and is tightly welded to the connecting block (11) via a welding rod. One side of the connecting block (11) is provided with a splint (12). The connecting block (11) is movably connected to the splint (12) by the connecting shaft (9). A middle position between two ends of the splint (12) is provided with a thin support (13). The support (13) runs through the inside of the splint (12) and is fixedly connected to the splint (12) by a screw. A bottom end of the connecting block (11) is provided with a fixed block (10). The inside of the fixed block (10) is provided with a material conveying pipe (7) made from alkali-free glass fiber, ensuring a high pressure and increasing the reutilization rate.
