Abstract:
An automatic mixing and color matching machine for plastic particles, comprising a housing (1). A feed channel (2), a quantitative cavity, a mixing cavity (3), and a discharge channel (4) are provided in the housing (1); a quantitative rotating shaft (5) is rotatably connected inside the quantitative cavity, and the quantitative rotating shaft is provided with partition plates (6); a quantitative sub-cavity (7) is formed between every two adjacent partition plates (6) and the inner wall surface of the quantitative cavity; a discharge end of the discharge channel (2) is communicated with the quantitative cavity, and the quantitative cavity is communicated with the mixing cavity (3) by means of a discharge port (8); the housing (1) is connected to a colorant apparatus; a mixing apparatus is provided in the mixing cavity (3); a discharge port (9) is provided at the bottom of the mixing cavity (3); and the housing (1) is provided with a valve apparatus. The quantitative rotating shaft (5) and the partition plates (6) divide the quantitative cavity into multiple quantitative sub-cavities (7) and circumferentially rotate, so that a certain amount of plastic particles can be poured into the mixing cavity. Compared with the prior art, the present invention eliminates the need for multiple valves and a driving assembly therefor, so that the structure of the whole device and the number of parts and components are simplified, the costs are reduced, and the overall work is stable and reliable.
