Abstract:
An automatic mounting device for buckles of an automotive trim panel, comprising a workbench (1), a fixing base (2) used for containing a panel (6), a pressing mechanism used for fixing the panel (6), and a buckle mounting mechanism used for mounting buckles. A profiling groove (2-1) matched with a surface of the panel (6) in shape is provided in the fixing base (2); the pressing mechanism comprises at least one group of fixing assembly; the buckle mounting mechanism comprises a manipulator (8) used for automatically picking up and mounting the buckles and a buckle storage disc used for containing the buckles; the manipulator (8) comprises a base, an operating arm (3), and an operating end (3-1) at the end of the operating arm; the manipulator (8) is used for implementing actions of rotating the operating arm (3) along a base (4), lifting the operating arm (3) with respect to the base (4), and rotating the operating end along an axis of the operating arm (3); a cylindrical buckle mounting disc (9) is mounted at the operating end (3-1) of the manipulator (8); and a plurality of clamping grooves (9-1) used for picking up the buckles are provided at the end of the buckle mounting disc (9), so that the technical problems in the prior art that the panel mounting efficiency is low, and the mounting precision is poor are solved.
