Abstract:

Provided is an automatic mounting tool for mounting sheet surface fixing clip for hooking and holding the line of a fixing wire buried in a seat pad at their hook portions, automatically on the line of a wire. The automatic mounting tool comprises a frame (14), a drive cylinder (13) arranged above the rear end portion of the base frame (14), a guide plate (11) extending forward from the front end side of the base frame (14), a generally C-shaped clip holder (10) so connected to the rod front end of the drive cylinder (13) as can be slidably moved along the flat face of the guide plate (11) by the drive of the drive cylinder (13), and charged with the clips such that the clips are fitted in an opening with their hook portions being directed outward, and an insert arm (12) extending along the side edge of the front end portion of the guide plate (11) and bent so obliquely upward from the front end portion of the guide plate (11) as to protrude forward from the front end portion so that it can be inserted to just below of the line of the fixing wire buried in the seat pad. The insert arm (12) has a notched groove (12b) formed to retain the line of the fixing wire.
