Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic needle separating and collecting apparatus enabling a reliable syringe removal and, more particularly, to a novel technology for a complete removal of a syringe and thus enabling accurate separation and collection when a needle is removed from the used syringe. An existing needle separating and collecting apparatus often has a needle hub of a syringe jammed in a syringe support hole of a pick-out bucket and unable to fall out while the pick-out bucket rotates and pulls the syringe out of a needle, thereby resulting in incomplete separation and collection of the syringe. The present invention provides a solution to the problem by enabling a push pin to push a needle hub of a syringe and the syringe to be completely removed from the draw bucket when a draw bucket rotates and pulls out the syringe.
