An automatic operation system and method for biologically refined herbaceous fibers. The system comprises: a herbaceous fiber raw material standardizing and finishing apparatus (1), comprising a rolling device (12), a separating device (14), and a dust collecting device (15); a motion-type inoculation apparatus (2) for a herbaceous fiber raw material, comprising multiple horizontal conveying devices (22), a first bacterial liquid spraying device (23), and an output device (24); a motion-type wet fermentation apparatus (3) for a herbaceous fiber raw material, comprising multiple horizontal conveying devices (32); a motion-type inactivation apparatus (4) for a fermented material, comprising multiple horizontal conveying devices (42), a pressure hot water comb (43), and a rolling device (44); a motion-type water-based processing apparatus (5) for an inactivated product, comprising pressure water spraying devices (52, 55), a squeezing device (53), and an output device (54); a motion-type oil dipping apparatus (6) for biologically refined herbaceous fibers, comprising a squeezing drying device (62), a conveying device (63), multiple horizontal conveying devices (64), and an oil spraying device (65); and a motion-type drying apparatus (7) for biologically refined herbaceous fibers, comprising drying devices (72, 75, 76) and an output device (73).
