Description:
AUTOMATIC PACKAGING LINE

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to an automatic packaging line which enables the finished table products to be stamped and labeled and then stacked for transmission to the boxing machine. In particular, the invention relates to an automatic packaging line in which the machines are combined so as to ensure that the stamping, labeling and stacking operations on the individual machines are carried out continuously before the table products are shipped to the packaging machine for packaging.

PRIOR ART

Produced table products such as plates etc. goes through a series of quality control processes and packaging processes until it reaches the end user. In this context, the products of which the quality control process is done should be stamped, labeled and stacked by placing the separators between them in order to place them into the boxes. All of these processes are performed on separate machines. In addition, the transfer of products between these machines is carried out by process operators via pallets. Process operators, respectively, place the products whose quality control are completed on the pallets and stretch the pallets to prevent their overturn during their transportation. First, the stretch is opened to make a manual stamping and then all products are stamped individually. After the stamping process, another operator places the stamped products on the pallet and stretches them and carries them to the labeling section. For the labeling process, stretch is opened and all products are labeled individually. After the labeling is performed, another process operator places the products on the pallet and stretches them and moves them to a separate section for placing the separators between the products and preparing for boxing. Separator placement and stacking is done by opening the stretch and the products are taken down from the palette in bulks and the necessary operations are performed.

Within these processes, at least four process operators working independently of each other are required to carry out the whole packaging process. In addition, these process operators need to work in coordination with each other in order to achieve an efficient process flow. However, coordinated work cannot be achieved and excessive amount of time is wasted. In addition, the stamping, labeling and stacking sections are in separate positions, resulting in a loss of time during the transportation of the products between the processing sections. In addition, during the transportation process, the additional costs resulting from broken products and the costs of stretching processes occur.

There are some automatic packaging lines developed to prevent such situations from occurring. In the patent application numbered CN106586150, a similar packaging line is mentioned. The mentioned packaging line specifically refers to a line used for packaging small household appliances. Said packaging line consists of a combination of labeling machine provided on a conveyor belt and a product packaging machine. Although it is basically a packaging line that combines the labeling function with the packaging process, it does not contain sufficient embodiment for the packaging of table products. As a result, the problems that cannot be solved in the light of the aforementioned and the present techniques necessitated an innovation in the relevant technical field. Accordingly the feature of the said packaging line is that it constitutes a stamping machine positioned on the conveyor belt before said labeling machine, a converter unit and a centering unit respectively positioned on the conveyor belt before said stamping machine and another converter unit and another centering unit positioned respectively on the conveyor belt, a separator application machine positioned between the conveyor belt and the output belt .

Another preferred embodiment of the present invention is that a transfer machine is arranged between the conveyor belt which carries the stacked products of the entry conveyor one by one to the conveyor belt.

Another preferred embodiment of the invention is that said separator application machine comprises a separator table in which the separators are positioned.

Another preferred embodiment of the invention is that said separator application machine comprises a movable transfer mechanism on the separator table, exit conveyor, and conveyor belt.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention is that the conveyor belt comprises a transfer section associated with said transfer mechanism.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention is that the exit conveyor comprises a stacking section associated with said transfer mechanism. In another preferred embodiment of the invention is that said conversion units rotate the products firstly to their opposite side before stamping and labeling process and then rotate to the front side after stamping and labeling process. Another preferred embodiment of the invention is that said centering units align products according to the axis at the center of the conveyor belt. In order to understand the structure and advantages of the present invention best in connection with the additional elements of the present invention, it should be considered together with the figures described below.

In this detailed description, the innovation of the invention is explained by examples which will not have any limiting effect on a better understanding of the subject.

The packaging line (10), shown in Figure 1, are used for packaging table products such as plates, bowls etc. , after the production and quality control of the table products (30) are completed, in order to send them to the stores or to the end users. The packaging line (10) is provided prior to a boxing machine (20) and is used for stamping and labeling and separating the products (30) with separators for the purpose of stacking.

The packaging line (10) consists of components of an entry band (11), a conveyor belt (13) provided in the continuation of said entry conveyor (11) and an exit conveyor (19) provided in the continuation of said conveyor belt (13) . An intermediate transfer machine (12) is provided between the entry conveyor (11) and the conveyor belt (13) . It is provided a converter unit (14), a centering unit (15), a stamping machine (16), a labeling machine (17), another converting unit (14) and another centering unit (15) are arranged on the conveyor belt (13), respectively. The conveyor belt (13) consists of a preparation section (131) in which said stamping machine (16) and labeling machines (17) function, and a transfer section (132) defined in the continuation of said preparation section (131) . Said exit conveyor (19) comprises a stacking section (191) . A separator application machine (18) is also located in the packaging line (10), which is provided between the conveyor belt (13) and the exit belt (19) to accommodate said transfer section (132) and the stacking section (191) Said separator application machine (18) comprises a separator table (181) in which the separators are placed and a transfer mechanism (182) said separator table (181) which carries the products and separators by regulating them (30) between the separator table , stacking section (191) and the transfer section (132) .

The products whose quality control processes are completed are positioned with the help of an operator and stacked on the entry conveyor (11) . Said intermediate transfer machine (12) enables these products, (30) which are stacked in the entry conveyor (11), to be conveyed to the conveyor belt (13) one by one. The product (30), which is guided onto the conveyor belt (13), firstly comes on the converter unit (14), and the converter unit (14) allowing the base part of the product (30) to be turned upwards. The inverted product (30) is then positioned by the centering unit (15) to align the product (30) with the center line of the preparation section (131) . The stamping machine (16) located in the continuation of the centering unit (15) applies a stamp on the product (30) and subsequently a label affixed to the bottom of the product by the labeling machine (17) . The finished product (30), which the stamping and labeling process completed, comes to the other converter unit (14) and its base is turned as the base facing the conveyor belt (13), after the converter unit (14), the product (30) is centered by another centering unit (15) and comes on the transfer section (132) .

The products coming into the transfer section (132) are now contained within the separator application machine (18) . The products (30) are transferred from the transfer section (132) to the stacking section (191) by the pairs. In this direction, the transfer mechanism (182) carries the two products (30) on the stacking section (191) at the same time and then takes two separator from the separator table (181) and leaves them onto the products (30) . As the product flow continues in this way, a product (30) and a separator are stacked in the stacking section (191) in a row. When the desired number of products is reached, the exit conveyor (19) moves, allowing the stacking section (191) to move out of the separator application machine (18) . The stacked products (30) are placed in the boxes in the boxing machine (20) by an operator. Boxes placed in the boxing machine (20), which the products are placed in, are taped in the machine and automatically conveyed to the exit of the boxing machine (20) .

The packaging line (10), which is subject to the invention, can be operated by an operator positioning the products (30) , whose quality control is completed, to the entry conveyor (11) and by another operator, placing the stacked products into the boxes that are in the boxing machine (20) by taking them from exit conveyor (19) . Since the packaging line (10) operates automatically, it is not necessary for the operators to operate in coordination with each other and thus time losses are prevented. Stamping, labeling and stacking operations are carried out automatically on a single line, so there is no need to carry the products (30) between these process. . Therefore, there is no need for extra handling equipment and also product losses during transportation can be prevented .
