Abstract:
An automatic packing machine for a concrete product for use in marine engineering, comprising an installation housing (1). A conveying cylinder (2) is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the installation housing (1). An auger conveyor shaft (3) is rotatably connected within the conveying cylinder (2). A first electric motor (4) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the rear surface of the auger conveyor shaft (3), and, an output end of the first electric motor (4) runs through the conveying cylinder (2) to be fixedly connected to one end of the auger conveyor shaft (3). A material discharging cylinder (12) is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the end of the conveying cylinder (2) away from the first electric motor, and, the material discharging cylinder (12) is in communication with the conveying cylinder (2). A hopper (5) is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the end of the conveying cylinder (2) corresponding to the first electric motor (4), and, the hopper (5) is in communication with the conveying cylinder (2). The apparatus is capable of making height adjustments on the basis of packing bags of different specifications, thus facilitating packing, also is capable of preventing dust from being scattered into the air during packing that would cause flying dust and air pollution, and also prevents wastage.
