Abstract:
Disclosed are an automatic pallet transportation method, system and apparatus. The automatic pallet transportation method comprises: controlling a vehicle body (001) to move to a cargo position by means of a controller (1001) in response to a carrying instruction, and locking a target pallet (003) corresponding to the cargo position; enabling fork teeth (002) to extend out and extend into insertion holes of the target pallet (003); after the fork teeth (002) completely extend into the insertion holes, lifting the target pallet (003) to a preset height, wherein the preset height is higher than the height of the vehicle body (001); keeping the fork teeth (002) and the target pallet (003) in a static state, and moving the vehicle body (001) to a position under the target pallet (003); and lowering the fork teeth (002) until the target pallet (003) lowers onto the vehicle body (001), and moving the target pallet to a target position corresponding to the carrying instruction, such that the assistance of manpower, a forklift or a corresponding auxiliary apparatus is not needed, unmanned and automated carrying of the pallet (003) can be achieved, the usage cost is reduced, the size is reduced, the weight is lighter, a wide transportation channel is not needed, the warehouse utilization rate is increased, cluster-type cooperative operation can be achieved, the carrying speed and efficiency are improved, the type of the pallet is not limited, and the universality can be improved.
