Abstract:
An automatic palletizing and transporting line for an edible mushroom box, comprising an adjustable conveying rack and a transporting apparatus fixed on the adjustable conveying rack. The conveying rack comprises at least one group of four bottom support rods (1) distributed in a rectangular shape, adjustable support legs (2), middle adjustable rod groups (3), and top support rods (4); each middle adjustable rod group (3) comprises at least one middle adjustable rod connected in a straight line; the center of the bottom support rod (1), that of the middle adjustable rod (3), and that of the top support rod (4) are all provided with a fixed through hole (5); a fixed support rod (6) penetrates through the fixed through hole (5); one end of the fixed support rod (6) is abutted against the adjustable support leg (2), and the other end of the fixed support rod (6) is provided in the fixed through hole (5) of the top support rod (4). The transporting apparatus comprises support cross frames (7) erected and fixed at the tops of the top support rods (4), several parallel conveying rollers (8) connected between two support cross frames (7), a driving device that drives the conveying roller (8) to move, and several limit frame groups fixed on the support cross frames (7). The transporting line is simple in structure, has good adjustability, and is more accurate in positioning.
